I write for people who suspect something is off, but aren't sure how to name it.

I'm a writer, communication strategist, translator, and workshop facilitator who spent years working across creative, corporate, and political sectors - sometimes all three in the same week.
I was born in Poland, grew up in Australia, and spent nearly a decade living back in Warsaw before skipping countries for the second time and landing on the Gold Coast with a lot of opinions and a Substack.
I've built businesses, run workshops, advised organisations, and translated things that maybe were never meant to be translatable.
I would have made a great prosecutor. I notice when people tell on themselves before they've figured it out. My brain is a lie detector - I see patterns quickly, detect inconsistencies, and I'm very good at translating behaviour into plain language.
I write about whatever strikes my fancy.
I'm in the middle of a series about personal boundaries - the radical accountability ones, not the managing other people's behaviour ones. The influencer coach economy is my current rabbit hole - I want to know who is monetising your self-doubt and help you spot them. I touch on relationships, domestic labour, and what women are constantly left to absorb.
I'm not here to make you feel better. I'm here to name the thing.
Series — Boundaries
Boundaries aren't about other people.
Four essays on why the word "boundary" has been hollowed out, and what it actually means to hold one. Spoiler: it has nothing to do with what you need from someone else.
Series — The Influencer Coach Economy
Someone is getting paid. It might as well not be at your expense.
An ongoing investigation into the people selling transformation, accountability, and breakthroughs - and what's actually being sold.
